Founder of John Muir Medical Center is Honored
At age 85, Dr. Marvin Epstein was honored for his role in founding the John Muir Medical Center.
The Center named two conference rooms after Epstein in October.
Epstein was among a group of six physicians that began meeting to discuss building another hospital in the region. From that effort, John Muir was launched.
